Questions title companies ask.
Who sees the figures agents enter?
No one but the agent. The figures stay in the agent's browser and are not sent to us or to your company. If an agent shares a quote link, the figures travel inside that link, so anyone with the link can see them. See our privacy policy.
Are the amounts final?
No. They are estimates. Final figures appear on the Closing Disclosure, or the settlement statement for a cash sale.
Which transactions does it cover?
Texas residential purchases with a loan, cash purchases and refinances.
